Create a classic nine-cell (3×3) alignment chart or make a custom grid. Add character names or pictures, change the labels to suit your topic, and export the finished result as an image.
Traditional character alignment charts combine a lawful-to-chaotic axis with a good-to-evil axis. The middle cell is true neutral. For a fun chart, you can replace those labels with entirely different categories: fictional character motivations, breakfast preferences or workplace habits.
The chart is an interpretive tool, not a scientific personality test. Pick a consistent definition for each axis so readers can see why a character or object belongs in a particular cell.
